Welcome to THU!
Welcome to Time Hackers Unite – a website dedicated to bringing you productivity hacks that I have found to be useful over the last two decades.
But I can’t take all the credit!
I have been so fortunate to have had many teachers along the way and it is because of every person that helped me, supported me, and gave me even more resources to explore that I was able to compile them into this site.
Have you ever seen the movie Matilda? It’s based on a book by Roald Dahl and one of my favorite movies. In the beginning of the movie, there is a scene where Matilda is walking to and from the library with a red wagon full of books. That was my childhood in a nutshell!
I loved to read, and when I was about 10 years old I became obsessed with a new form of information:
I LOVED magazines. I love the layouts, the pictures, and the way they covered SO MUCH information in succinct, bite-sized pieces. So I started a collection. Not a collection of the magazines themselves – although they did tend to pile up too – but of the information.
I started collecting tips.
I didn’t know when or how I would use them, but it was important that I collect them. I saved everything of interest – workouts, meal ideas, happiness hacks, productivity tricks, and everything I could find on being frugal.
It wasn’t until I was 25, fifteen years after I started collecting tips that I realized two important things:
I had incorporated most of my time hacks naturally into my life.
I spent about as much time finding new tips and sharing them with my friends and family as I did on any hobbies and my day job COMBINED.
But even more important than these realizations was the discovery of MY WHY.
After sharing my tricks with my friends, walking my colleagues through my favorite productivity hacks, and constantly sending my family websites, apps and tools to make their lives easier and more streamlined – IT HIT ME.
My job is to provide connections for people.
I love helping women to discover that they can indeed “do it all.” As long as they’re willing to put in the time to work out efficient systems and implement new habits – it’s totally possible to have a workout routine, eat well, find time to read, keep their houses clean, play with their children, get enough sleep, and much more!
Women are jugglers. We have the innate capability to handle so much more than we know. That is why I created Time Hackers Unite!
To show women (like you) that it is not only possible to be a compassionate badass in life – but also to show you that you can do it all and still enjoy life in the process. Want to know more? Check out my About Page to learn what it means to be a Time Hacker!
So now I have to ask – what brings you here? What time hacks do you need? What is your BIGGEST time waster that you wish there was an easier way to tackle? Let me know in the comments and I’ll get you the resources you need to reshape your life.
